Isso representa uma alta de 6,6% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao ano anterior. O volume foi o maior da s\u00e9rie hist\u00f3rica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 dentro do mercado de securitiza\u00e7\u00e3o, os CRIs somaram R$ 50,3 bilh\u00f5es em 2022. Este valor representa um crescimento de 48,5% em compara\u00e7\u00e3o a 2021. No ano passado, houve 677 opera\u00e7\u00f5es, ante 623 no per\u00edodo imediatamente anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 os CRAs totalizaram R$ 40,8 bilh\u00f5es, correspondente a uma alta de 62,4%. O n\u00famero de opera\u00e7\u00f5es tamb\u00e9m aumentou entre 2021, e 2022, passando de 185 para 302.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo a Anbima, os resultados dos investimentos CRIs e CRAs foram recordes da s\u00e9rie hist\u00f3rica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em nota, o vice-presidente do F\u00f3rum de Estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o do <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/mercado-de-capitais-conceito\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Mercado de Capitais<\/a> da Anbima, Guilherme Maranh\u00e3o, comentou que \u201cparte desse crescimento \u00e9 fruto da evolu\u00e7\u00e3o regulat\u00f3ria\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cO avan\u00e7o dos CRAs est\u00e1 relacionado ao lan\u00e7amento do Fiagro (Fundo de Investimento em Cadeias Agroindustriais), em 2021. Os fundos dessa categoria passaram a ser grandes compradores de CRAs. Desse modo, essas pessoas contam com a possibilidade de obter uma remunera\u00e7\u00e3o peri\u00f3dica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao considerar a perspectiva do emissor, este tipo de investimento \u00e9 um instrumento de capta\u00e7\u00e3o de valores destinados a financiar transa\u00e7\u00f5es do <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/mercado-imobiliario\/\" rel=\"noopener\">mercado imobili\u00e1rio<\/a>. A emiss\u00e3o desse ativo acontece por meio de securitizadoras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 os CRAs s\u00e3o parecidos com os CRIs, mas com diferen\u00e7as, entre outros, no prop\u00f3sito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enquanto os CRIs s\u00e3o relativos ao financiamento de neg\u00f3cios imobili\u00e1rios, os CRAs s\u00e3o referentes ao financiamento do agroneg\u00f3cio.
