Ao considerar o <a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/gross-up\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gross up<\/a> do Imposto de Renda, o rendimento corresponde a 130,9% do CDI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O dividend yield anualizado do DEVA11 fechou o per\u00edodo em 16,1% e, na m\u00e9dia mensal, permaneceu em 1,2%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo o Devant Receb\u00edveis Imobili\u00e1rios, foram distribu\u00eddos R$ 13,31 por cota nos \u00faltimos 12 meses. Isso resulta em um dividend yield de 14,2% quando calculado pela m\u00e9dia das cotas de mercado no mesmo per\u00edodo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPara efeito de compara\u00e7\u00e3o aproximada, o IPCA nos \u00faltimos doze meses acumulou alta de 5,77%.
