A Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (CVM<\/strong>)<\/a>, \u00f3rg\u00e3o regulador do mercado de capitais, abriu um processo contra a Unick Forex.<\/p>\t

A acusa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 de que a Unick Forex<\/strong> e seus diretores distribu\u00edram valores mobili\u00e1rios sem a devida autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do organismo regulador.<\/p>\n

Conforme com o processo obtido pelo jornal “Valor Econ\u00f4mico”, mesmo ap\u00f3s a CVM<\/strong> ter emitido um alerta ao mercado\u00a0em mar\u00e7o de 2018 sobre sua irregularidade aqui no Brasil, a empresa passou a apresentar-se como “venda de conte\u00fado”, e continuou operando.<\/p>\n

O documento diz que \u201cas promessas feitas pela Unick de altos lucros garantidos com ganhos adicionais pela indica\u00e7\u00e3o de outros investidores apontam fortemente para ind\u00edcios de uma estrutura de pir\u00e2mide financeira<\/strong><\/a>.”<\/p>\n

Unick Forex investigada<\/h2>\n

Ap\u00f3s receber reclama\u00e7\u00f5es sobre as atividades da Unick, a CVM voltou a investigar a empresa.<\/p>\n\t

\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n

Uma das den\u00fancias dizia que a empresa captava poupan\u00e7a p\u00fablica com a promessa de lucros de 30% ao m\u00eas. As transfer\u00eancias deveriam ser feitas diretamente para a conta do presidente Leidimar Bernardo Lopes e do s\u00f3cio Alberi Pinheiro Lopes, acusados no processo sancionador.<\/p>\n

Segundo o \u00f3rg\u00e3o regulador, o site da Unick afirmava que a empresa operava no mercado de Forex<\/strong><\/a> (mercado global de moedas) e moeda digital, com o intuito de “efetuar opera\u00e7\u00f5es com lucros reais para serem distribu\u00eddos entre seus parceiros colaboradores”.<\/p>\n

A empresa, ainda, alertava o p\u00fablico de que o mercado de Forex \u00e9 “muito t\u00e9cnico” para o investidor comum. Por isso, informava que possu\u00eda uma equipe de profissionais especializados que realizariam a arbitragem<\/a> diariamente.<\/p>\n

Em seus programas de divulga\u00e7\u00e3o, a Unick<\/strong> descreve “planos de compensa\u00e7\u00e3o” aos seus clientes. As promessas eram de ganhos di\u00e1rios de 1,5% a 3% sobre o investido. Ainda estavam inclusos “planos de carreira” que eram oferecidas viagens, motos, autom\u00f3veis e casas.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s o alerta no ano passado, a empresa informou que tinha autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para atuar no mercado financeiro, era regulamentada e devidamente constitu\u00edda.<\/p>\n

No entanto, supostamente, a Unick possu\u00eda um registro concedido pela Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)<\/strong>, do Reino Unido, e n\u00e3o era autorizada pela CVM. A acusa\u00e7\u00e3o verificou a inexist\u00eancia dessa autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Nos materiais publicit\u00e1rios, a companhia apresentava a S.A. Capital<\/strong> como uma multinacional que garantiria 100% de seus compromissos. O s\u00f3cio dessa empresa \u00e9 Fernando Marques Lusvarghi, que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 acusado no processo.<\/p>\n

A empresa informa que alterou sua p\u00e1gina oficial para se abster de qualquer desvio de interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o. Foi apresentada uma proposta de R$ 500 mil para encerrar o caso por meio termo de compromisso.<\/p>\n

Do total, R$ 350 mil seriam pagos diretamente pela Unick Forex<\/strong>, e R$ 50 mil por cada um dos acusados na den\u00fancia. A proposta est\u00e1 sendo analisada pela Procuradoria Federal Especializada da CVM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
