Sendo assim, o resultado mais recente foi quase tr\u00eas vezes maior em compara\u00e7\u00e3o ao reportado em dezembro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo o gestor do CSHG Log\u00edstica, o resultado de do primeiro m\u00eas de 2023 \u201cfoi impactado extraordinariamente pelos efeitos do aluguel pago trimestralmente pela Volkswagen e da segunda parcela da venda do CONE G04 de lucro de R$ 16,4 milh\u00f5es equivalente a R$ 0,70 por cota\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hglg11-explica-manutencao-dos-dividendos-em-janeiro\">HGLG11 explica manuten\u00e7\u00e3o dos dividendos em janeiro<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Com rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao resultado de janeiro, o fundo imobili\u00e1rio pagar\u00e1 R$ 1,10 por cota.
