Apenas os cotistas com cotas do <strong>FII HCTR11<\/strong> ao final do dia 7 receber\u00e3o os <strong>rendimentos<\/strong>, ao passo que os pap\u00e9is passaram a ser negociados sem direito ao provento a partir do dia 8.<\/p>\n<p>Os<strong> rendimentos do HCTR11<\/strong> tiveram uma queda de 9,1% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o m\u00eas passado, baseado no resultado que o FII teve durante o m\u00eas de fevereiro.<\/p>\n<p>No m\u00eas passado, os dividendos do HCTR11 somaram R$ 1,1000 por cota. O FII iniciou come\u00e7ou em outubro de 2018, e desde ent\u00e3o, vem aplicando sua tese de investimento em Pap\u00e9is.<\/p>\n<p>O FII HCTR11 faz parte da carteira te\u00f3rica do IFIX.<\/p>\n<p>A cota do HCTR11, negociada em bolsa, registrou uma queda de -1,29%% nos \u00faltimos 30 dias, com \u00faltimo fechamento a R$ 98,01.
