Al\u00e9m disso, o grupo busca tamb\u00e9m chegar a segunda coloca\u00e7\u00e3o no quesito &#8216;seguros de autom\u00f3vel&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>O fechamento da negocia\u00e7\u00e3o ainda necessita do cumprimento de algumas condi\u00e7\u00f5es. A aprova\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os reguladores e anticoncorrenciais tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 imprescind\u00edvel.<\/p>\n<h2>SulAm\u00e9rica enxerga neg\u00f3cio com bons olhos<\/h2>\n<p>A SulAm\u00e9rica diz que a negocia\u00e7\u00e3o potencializa sua estrat\u00e9gia que gira em torno do segmentos de sa\u00fade, odontologia, previd\u00eancia e vida. As duas empresas permanecer\u00e3o coordenando os neg\u00f3cios independentemente, at\u00e9 a conclus\u00e3o real da negocia\u00e7\u00e3o. O grupo tem uma frota de 1,6 milh\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos.<\/p>\n<h2>Cota\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n<p>Por volta das 13h15, desta sexta-feira (23), os pap\u00e9is da SulAm\u00e9rica (SULA11) registravam alta de 4,9%, e eram negociados a R$ 48,36. As a\u00e7\u00f5es do grupo subiram ap\u00f3s a not\u00edcia da venda de uma parte de seus neg\u00f3cios para a <strong>Allianz<\/strong>.
