A Fiat tamb\u00e9m teve alta, de 4,11% em <strong>Mil\u00e3o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Fus\u00e3o Fiat Chrysler e Renault<\/h2>\n<p>As empresas chegaram a anunciar a <strong>fus\u00e3o<\/strong> em maio deste ano, mas pouco mais de uma semana depois o acordo foi desfeito. Em junho, as duas companhias decidiram por encerrar as negocia\u00e7\u00f5es por conta do governo franc\u00eas, que det\u00e9m 15% da Renault. Na \u00e9poca, a <strong>FCA<\/strong> afirmou que as condi\u00e7\u00f5es pol\u00edticas da Fran\u00e7a impediam que a negocia\u00e7\u00e3o obtivesse sucesso.<\/p>\n<p>O principal foco da fus\u00e3o entre Fiat e a Renault seria a uni\u00e3o de for\u00e7as para lidar com as dificuldades estruturais que o mercado global de automotivos tende a enfrentar no futuro.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/fiat-chrysler-ganho-lucro-liquido-trimestre\/\">Veja tamb\u00e9m: Fiat Chrysler tem aumento de 14% no lucro l\u00edquido do segundo trimestre\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Interfer\u00eancia do executivo da Fran\u00e7a nos neg\u00f3cios<\/h2>\n<p>H\u00e1 dois meses, a montadora francesa afirmou que tinha interesse no neg\u00f3cio com a Fiat. Entretanto, destacou que &#8220;n\u00e3o p\u00f4de tomar uma decis\u00e3o devido ao pedido expresso dos representantes do <strong>estado franc\u00eas<\/strong> para adiar a vota\u00e7\u00e3o para um conselho posterior&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Anteriormente, o governo da Fran\u00e7a tinha declarado apoio \u00e0 fus\u00e3o.
