Os juros ser\u00e3o equivalentes ao valor da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/taxa-di\/\"><strong>taxa DI<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As deb\u00eantures consistem em t\u00edtulos de d\u00edvida a longo prazo. Dessa forma, o credor empresta uma quantia para a empresa e receber\u00e1 o reembolso em uma data pr\u00e9-estabelecida.<\/p>\n<h2>Utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos<\/h2>\n<p>Os recursos obtidos atrav\u00e9s do leil\u00e3o da 1\u00aa e da 2\u00aa s\u00e9ries ser\u00e3o utilizados para o desenvolvimento de polos de explora\u00e7\u00e3o estatal.
