Apenas no dia 5 de janeiro o \u00edndice fechou em alta em 2023 at\u00e9 agora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enquanto isso, o Ibovespa, principal <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/indice-de-acoes\/\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00edndice de a\u00e7\u00f5es<\/a> brasileiras da B3, terminou o dia em alta de 1,55%, aos 110.817 pontos.<\/p>\n\n\n\t<div data-element=\"shortcode-read-more\" class=\"knowMore\">\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"knowMore__title\">Leia mais<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<a class=\"knowMore__link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/ibovespa-hoje-fechamento-10012023\/\">\n\t\t\tIbovespa fecha em alta de 1,5%, acima dos 110 mil pontos; P\u00e3o de A\u00e7\u00facar (PCAR3) avan\u00e7a e el\u00e9tricas recuam\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<p>O principal destaque de alta do <strong>IFIX hoje<\/strong> foi o <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/lvbi11\/\" rel=\"noopener\">LVBI11<\/a>, que \u00e9 um fundo de tijolo, focado no segmento de im\u00f3veis log\u00edsticos e industriais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, outros <strong>fundos imobili\u00e1rios hoje<\/strong> que est\u00e3o entre os destaques de alta do IFIX s\u00e3o <a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/cpff11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CPFF11<\/a> e <a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/xppr11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>XPPR11<\/strong><\/a>, que avan\u00e7aram 2,47% e 2,38%, respectivamente, <a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/rbry11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RBRY11<\/a>, que subiu 1,90%, e <a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/care11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CARE11<\/a>, com avan\u00e7o de 1,53%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 o destaque de queda foi o <a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/rzak11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RZAK11<\/a>, com baixa de 1,53%. No campo negativo, tamb\u00e9m se destacaram <a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/ibcr11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IBCR11<\/a>, que caiu 1,39%, e <a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/vilg11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">VILG11<\/a>, que recuou 1,32%. <a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/btra11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BTRA11<\/a> teve queda de 1,27%, enquanto <a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/hgre11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>HGRE11<\/strong><\/a> teve baixa de 1,19%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-maiores-altas-do-ifix\"><a><\/a>Maiores altas do IFIX<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As 5 maiores altas do IFIX foram:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>LVBI11: +2,76%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CPFF11: +2,47%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>XPPR11: +2,38%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>RBRY11: +1,90%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CARE11: +1,53%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-maiores-quedas-do-ifix\"><a><\/a>Maiores quedas do IFIX<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As 5 maiores quedas dos IFIX hoje foram:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>RZAK11: -1,53%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IBCR11: -1,39%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>VILG11: -1,32%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BTRA11: -1,27%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HGRE11: -1,19%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-rztr11-atualiza-investidores-sobre-compra-de-propriedades\">RZTR11 atualiza investidores sobre compra de propriedades<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No dia 28 de dezembro de 2022, o RZTR11 informou ao mercado que havia celebrado um novo Contrato de Compra e Venda de A\u00e7\u00f5es e Outras Aven\u00e7as, com a finalidade de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de participa\u00e7\u00e3o na sociedade da empresa Eco Brasil Florestas, relacionada \u00e0 compra de propriedades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No entanto, o <strong>fundo imobili\u00e1rio RZTR11<\/strong> informou nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (10) que houve um equ\u00edvoco, pois 3 outras propriedades tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o relacionadas \u00e0 aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o do FII.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nesse sentido, a compra da participa\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 associada \u00e0 aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de: Vit\u00f3ria, Vit\u00f3ria II e Capivara, com as matr\u00edculas 585, 610 e 464 do CRI de Tupiratins (TO), totalizando uma \u00e1rea em propriedades de 1.230,30 hectares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portanto, o valor total da aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o do <strong>FII RZTR11<\/strong> \u00e9 de R$ 40 milh\u00f5es de reais.
