Na \u00e9poca, o neg\u00f3cio de alimentos levantou R$ 5,4 bilh\u00f5es para aumentar o capital em uma oferta subsequente de a\u00e7\u00f5es (follow-on).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com essa opera\u00e7\u00e3o realizada em 2022, R$ 4,9 bilh\u00f5es foram destinados \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o de <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/reserva-capital\/\" rel=\"noopener\">reserva de capital<\/a>, com a emiss\u00e3o de 270 milh\u00f5es de novas a\u00e7\u00f5es.
