Apesar disso, o setor imobili\u00e1rio chin\u00eas \u2014 que tem a expectativa de novos investimentos \u2014 pode ter dificuldades a <a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/curto-prazo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">curto prazo<\/a>, com poss\u00edveis quedas no volume de vendas. Segundo os analistas, as fontes de financiamento &#8220;ainda est\u00e3o travadas&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Ao longo dos pr\u00f3ximos meses, com a percep\u00e7\u00e3o de que o pior ficou para tr\u00e1s, entendemos que o mercado chin\u00eas voltar\u00e1 a ser \u2018invest\u00edvel\u2019 para os alocadores globais, mas ainda demandar\u00e1 seletividade.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainda segundo o documento, o plano quinquenal do <strong>governo chin\u00eas<\/strong> refor\u00e7a \u201cteses de <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/longo-prazo\/\" rel=\"noopener\">longo prazo<\/a> focados no consumo interno e na ind\u00fastria de alta intensidade tecnologia\u201d.
