Ser\u00e3o contemplados os cotistas posicionados no fundo no fim da sess\u00e3o de 09\/12\/2022. Desde segunda-feira (12), o fundo imobili\u00e1rio passou a ser negociado sem direito ao benef\u00edcio.<\/p>\n<p>Os <strong>rendimentos do RBRF11<\/strong> s\u00e3o referentes aos ganhos do fundo ocorridos em dezembro. O FII teve come\u00e7ou suas opera\u00e7\u00f5es em setembro de 2017, com o intuito de investir em Fundo de Fundos.<\/p>\n<p>O fundo \u00e9 destinado sobretudo para Investidores em Geral, que podem adquirir suas cotas atrav\u00e9s de negocia\u00e7\u00e3o na Bolsa de Valores de S\u00e3o Paulo (B3). Hoje, o fundo conta com um total de 94.995 investidores.\u00a0O FII\u00a0 faz parte da carteira te\u00f3rica do IFIX.<\/p>\n<p>A cota do RBRF11 no mercado reduziu -1,95%% nos \u00faltimos 12 meses. Em 30 dias, desvalorizou -3,68%%. Na \u00faltima sess\u00e3o da bolsa, o fundo alta de 0,75% e encerrou negociado a R$ 70,94.<\/p>\n<p>A rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre o valor da cota do fundo e o seu valor patrimonial \u00e9 um indicador usado para an\u00e1lise de compra e venda de fundos imobili\u00e1rios e a\u00e7\u00f5es.
