Assim, a maioria remanescente de colaboradores do banco recebia <strong>mais dinheiro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com a pandemia, as ind\u00fastrias do <a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/guias\/mercado-financeiro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mercado financeiro<\/a> haviam interrompido essa pr\u00e1tica nos \u00faltimos anos. Contudo, com a retomada econ\u00f4mica, esse movimento j\u00e1 tinha voltado ao radar dos executivos. Em julho, o diretor financeiro do Goldman Sachs, Denis Coleman, afirmou para analistas que o banco provavelmente iria &#8220;retomar a revis\u00e3o anual de desempenho da base de funcion\u00e1rios no final do ano&#8221;. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m da &#8220;tradi\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221;, o aumento dos juros nos Estados Unidos \u00e9 visto como um dos fatores dessa <strong>diminui\u00e7\u00e3o do quadro de funcion\u00e1rios<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A \u00faltima <strong>demiss\u00e3o &#8220;em massa&#8221; no Morgan Stanley<\/strong> ocorreu em 2019, no contexto pr\u00e9-pandemia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-demissoes-no-morgan-stanley\">Demiss\u00f5es no Morgan Stanley<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>James Gorman, CEO do banco, havia dito \u00e0 Reuters na semana passada que a institui\u00e7\u00e3o financeira se preparava para &#8220;cortes modestos&#8221;, mas n\u00e3o tinha detalhado quando eles ocorreriam nem a escala desses desligamentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Algumas pessoas ser\u00e3o demitidas.
