Esse valor ser\u00e1 apurado at\u00e9 dezembro e, caso<br \/>\nas metas sejam cumpridas, a <strong>BR Malls<\/strong> dever\u00e1 receber at\u00e9 R$ 22,4 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Os ativos alienados s\u00e3o shoppings s\u00f3lidos, mas dentro de um portf\u00f3lio maior, recebiam menor prioriza\u00e7\u00e3o e poder\u00e3o receber mais investimentos e aten\u00e7\u00e3o pelo novo comprador&#8221;, informou a <strong>BR Malls<\/strong> em um comunicado. Segundo a empresa, todo o montante arrecadado ser\u00e1 distribu\u00eddo aos acionistas como meio de <strong>dividendos<\/strong> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/entenda-o-jcp\/\"><strong>juros sobre<\/strong> <strong>o<\/strong> <strong>capital.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/btg-pactual-compra-ourinvest\/\">Veja tamb\u00e9m: BTG Pactual compra 80% da Ourinvest\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Essa opera\u00e7\u00e3o, j\u00e1 anunciada essa semana, levou as a\u00e7\u00f5es da gestora a subir de 5,7%. No primeiro trimestre deste ano, a empresa\u00a0registrou um lucro l\u00edquido de R$ 171 milh\u00f5es. O avan\u00e7o foi de 13,8% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo per\u00edodo do ano passado. Neste per\u00edodo, o grupo totalizou R$ 4,6 bilh\u00f5es em vendas.
