Al\u00e9m disso, \u00e9 importante lembrar que os proventos do fundo s\u00e3o isentos de Imposto de Renda (IR), conforme a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o aplic\u00e1vel aos FIIs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os <strong>rendimentos do MXRF11<\/strong> tiveram uma queda de 20% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao m\u00eas anterior, quando tamb\u00e9m se distribuiu R$ 0,10 por cota no dia 16 de novembro.<\/p>\n\n\n\t<div data-element=\"shortcode-read-more\" class=\"knowMore\">\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"knowMore__title\">Leia mais<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<a class=\"knowMore__link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/aes-brasil-aesb3-conclui-compra-usinas\/\">\n\t\t\tAES Brasil (AESB3) conclui compra de tr\u00eas usinas e\u00f3licas por R$ 1,8 bilh\u00e3o\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<p>Esse \u00e9 o menor valor dos <strong>proventos do MXRF11<\/strong> desde dezembro de 2021, quando se pagou o mesmo dividendo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em 2022, os <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/guias\/dividendos\/\" rel=\"noopener\">dividendos<\/a> do fundo acumulam R$ 1,11 por cota, montante 29,07% maior que os rendimentos de 2021, de R$ 0,78 por cota, levando em conta o mesmo per\u00edodo de compara\u00e7\u00e3o, ou seja, os onze primeiros meses de cada ano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em dois anos, os <strong>dividendos do MXRF11<\/strong> t\u00eam uma m\u00e9dia de R$ 0,087 por cota. Sendo assim, ap\u00f3s essa baixa, alcan\u00e7aram um valor menor que a m\u00e9dia dos \u00faltimos 24 meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-resultados-do-mxrf11\"><a><\/a>Resultados do MXRF11<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O <strong>fundo imobili\u00e1rio MXRF11<\/strong> divulgou um resultado de R$ 23,79 milh\u00f5es em outubro, com avan\u00e7o de 5,96% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o m\u00eas de setembro, quando reportou R$ 22,45 milh\u00f5es, de acordo com a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de seu relat\u00f3rio gerencial na \u00faltima quinta-feira (24).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em 12 meses, o <strong>fundo MXRF11<\/strong> pagou R$ 1,28 por cota, gerando um dividend yield de 12,56%. Em outubro, o FII havia distribu\u00eddo 95% do seu resultado do m\u00eas em rendimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No que se refere \u00e0 composi\u00e7\u00e3o dos rendimentos do MXRF11, o fundo destacou que as opera\u00e7\u00f5es de permutas financeiras foram respons\u00e1veis por R$ 440 mil do total de <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/guias\/dividendos\/\" rel=\"noopener\">dividendos<\/a> do \u00faltimo m\u00eas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mxrf11-ainda-tem-reserva-de-r-26-milhoes\"><a><\/a>MXRF11 ainda tem reserva de R$ 26 milh\u00f5es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m da divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de seus resultados, Maxi Renda destacou que ainda possui uma reserva acumulada de corre\u00e7\u00e3o monet\u00e1ria na casa dos R$ 26,24 milh\u00f5es, correspondente a R$ 0,116 por cota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A gest\u00e3o diz que essa reserva deixa o fundo em posi\u00e7\u00e3o relativamente confort\u00e1vel para passar por per\u00edodo de defla\u00e7\u00e3o sem impactos t\u00e3o relevantes sobre o pagamento de <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/guias\/dividendos\/\" rel=\"noopener\">dividendos<\/a> do MXRF11.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enquanto as receitas do <strong>MXRF11<\/strong> totalizaram R$ 25,59 milh\u00f5es, as despesas foram de cerca de R$ 1,8 milh\u00e3o.
