Agora, os deputados analisam destaque ao texto. A mat\u00e9ria j\u00e1 havia passado na Casa, mas foi alterada quando foi votado no Senado. Se houver rejei\u00e7\u00e3o do destaque e a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o for conclu\u00edda na C\u00e2mara, o PL segue para san\u00e7\u00e3o presidencial. O projeto ainda inclui os crimes relacionados \u00e0 negocia\u00e7\u00e3o de criptoativos no C\u00f3digo Penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoje, a <strong>negocia\u00e7\u00e3o de criptomoedas<\/strong> \u00e9 permitida no Brasil, mas n\u00e3o h\u00e1 nenhuma legisla\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica sobre o tema. Com o crescimento do mercado &#8211; e tamb\u00e9m das fraudes envolvendo esses ativos -, o <strong>debate sobre regula\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> ganhou for\u00e7a no ano passado, o que acelerou a tramita\u00e7\u00e3o da mat\u00e9ria no Congresso. Desde junho, em meio \u00e0 campanha eleitoral e a diverg\u00eancias no texto, o projeto estava parado no plen\u00e1rio da C\u00e2mara para vota\u00e7\u00e3o. S\u00f3 voltou \u00e0 mesa de discuss\u00f5es ap\u00f3s os problemas envolvendo a corretora de criptomoedas global FTX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-criptoativos-questao-ganhou-novo-folego-apos-o-caso-da-ftx\">Criptoativos: quest\u00e3o ganhou novo f\u00f4lego ap\u00f3s o caso da FTX<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O projeto \u00e9 de autoria do deputado \u00c1ureo Ribeiro (Solidariedade-RJ) e foi aprovado conforme o relat\u00f3rio do deputado Expedito Netto (PSD-RO). Em seu parecer, o relator retirou pontos incorporados no Senado que colocavam em lados opostos as empresas brasileiras e estrangeiras do setor, como a segrega\u00e7\u00e3o patrimonial entre os ativos de clientes e da corretora cripto. A quest\u00e3o ganhou novo f\u00f4lego ap\u00f3s o caso da FTX, que usou recursos de clientes para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00f3prias &#8211; algo que seria evitado pela segrega\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para destravar o projeto, por\u00e9m, a Coaliza\u00e7\u00e3o pela Criptoeconomia, que envolve, por exemplo, ABCripto, ABFintechs e Zetta, cedeu e agora defende tratar do tema na regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o infralegal a ser feita pelo \u00f3rg\u00e3o regulador. A avalia\u00e7\u00e3o agora \u00e9 que \u00e9 melhor ter um marco regulat\u00f3rio j\u00e1, mesmo que sem a segrega\u00e7\u00e3o patrimonial, uma vez que, se ficar para o ano que vem, a mat\u00e9ria teria de esperar o calend\u00e1rio de vota\u00e7\u00f5es da nova legislatura e a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de comiss\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na semana passada, um acordo foi fechado em uma reuni\u00e3o com as partes interessadas, inclusive o BC. Segundo fontes, a autoridade monet\u00e1ria tamb\u00e9m abriu m\u00e3o da segrega\u00e7\u00e3o na lei.
