Foto: Pixabay<\/figcaption>\n\t\t<\/figure>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>cota\u00e7\u00e3o do IFIX<\/strong> registrou sua m\u00e1xima di\u00e1ria em 2.887,48 pontos, enquanto a m\u00ednima foi de 2.858,68 pontos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A maior alta da sess\u00e3o foi o<strong> KNRI11<\/strong>, com varia\u00e7\u00e3o de +2,99%, sendo o principal destaque positivo da sess\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A segunda posi\u00e7\u00e3o entre as altas do <strong>IFIX hoje<\/strong> foi o fundo <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/sare11\/\" rel=\"noopener\">SARE11<\/a>, com avan\u00e7o de 2,08%, seguido por <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/arri11\/\" rel=\"noopener\">ARRI11<\/a>, que teve uma valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de 2,02%. J\u00e1 os fundos <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/patl11\/\" rel=\"noopener\">PATL11<\/a> e o <strong>RCRB11<\/strong> subiram 1,31% e 1,16%, respectivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na ponta negativa, o FII com a maior baixa do preg\u00e3o de hoje foi <strong>TORD11<\/strong>, com queda de 2,65%, seguido por <strong>CPFF11<\/strong>, que caiu 2,59%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 o <strong>GTWR11<\/strong> recuou 2,02% e o <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/nslu11\/\" rel=\"noopener\">NSLU11<\/a>, que caiu 2,01%. Fechando a lista, est\u00e1 o fundo <strong>JSRE11<\/strong>, que teve uma baixa de 1,53%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-maiores-altas-do-ifix\"><a><\/a>Maiores altas do IFIX<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As 5 maiores altas do IFIX foram:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>KNRI11: +2,99%<\/li><li>SARE11: +2,08%<\/li><li>ARRI11: +2,02%<\/li><li>PATL11: +1,31%<\/li><li>RCRB11: +1,16%<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-maiores-baixas-do-ifix\"><a><\/a>Maiores baixas do IFIX<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As 5 maiores quedas dos FIIs hoje foram:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>TORD11: -2,65%<\/li><li>CPFF11: -2,59%<\/li><li>GTWR11: -2,02%<\/li><li>NSLU11: -2,01%<\/li><li>JSRE11: -1,53%<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-outras-noticias-que-movimentaram-os-fundos-imobiliarios-hoje\">Outras not\u00edcias que movimentaram os fundos imobili\u00e1rios hoje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A sess\u00e3o de hoje foi marcada pela divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de resultado de quatro fundos imobili\u00e1rios, dos quais \u00e9 poss\u00edvel destacar: <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/brcr11\/\" rel=\"noopener\">BRCR11<\/a>, <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/cnes11\/\" rel=\"noopener\">CNES11<\/a>, <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/plog11\/\" rel=\"noopener\">PLOG11<\/a> e <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/bcri11\/\" rel=\"noopener\">BCRI11<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o fundo imobili\u00e1rio ELDO11 divulgou a nova de pagamento dos seus <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/guias\/dividendos\/\" rel=\"noopener\">dividendos<\/a>, no valor de R$ 1,55 por cota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os proventos ser\u00e3o pagos pelo FII ELDO11 no dia 6 de dezembro de 2022, aos detentores das cotas at\u00e9 o final da sess\u00e3o de hoje (28).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O fundo <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/spvj11\/\" rel=\"noopener\">SPVJ11<\/a> um novo contrato de loca\u00e7\u00e3o de im\u00f3vel com a Tecidos e Armarinhos Miguel Bartolomeu, referente ao im\u00f3vel da cidade de Maring\u00e1, estado do Paran\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O prazo do contrato de loca\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 de 60 meses, contados a partir de 25 de novembro de 2022, que ainda pode ser renovado por mais 60 meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 o <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/jppa11\/\" rel=\"noopener\">JPPA11<\/a> anunciou a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da 3\u00aa emiss\u00e3o de cotas do fundo, no montante de at\u00e9 402.000 novas cotas, todas escriturais, a serem integralizadas \u00e0 vista, no valor de R$ 99,82 por cota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sem considerar a taxa de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o prim\u00e1ria, a emiss\u00e3o do <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/jppa11\/\" rel=\"noopener\">JPPA11<\/a> totaliza R$ 40,1 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fundos-imobiliarios-que-pagaram-dividendos-hoje-28\"><a><\/a>Fundos imobili\u00e1rios que pagaram dividendos hoje (28)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Na sess\u00e3o de hoje, apenas o fundo imobili\u00e1rio <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/btal11\/\" rel=\"noopener\">BTAL11<\/a> pagou rendimentos, no valor de R$ 0,83 por cota, equivalente a um dividend yield de 0,89%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os <strong>dividendos de FIIs<\/strong> s\u00e3o isentos de imposto de renda para pessoas f\u00edsicas.
