O valor da venda foi de R$ 46,2 milh\u00f5es. O grupo tem ainda 39 shoppings em seu portf\u00f3lio. O avan\u00e7o foi de 13,8% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo per\u00edodo do ano passado. Neste per\u00edodo, o grupo totalizou R$ 4,6 bilh\u00f5es em vendas. Isso significa uma forte alta de 6,1%.<\/p>\n<p>A ideia da empresa gestora de shoppings \u00e9 permanecer com ativos lucrativos e vender os que n\u00e3o s\u00e3o t\u00e3o ben\u00e9ficos a empresa.<\/p>\n<h2>BR Malls na bolsa<\/h2>\n<p>Por volta das 15h desta segunda-feira (29), as a\u00e7\u00f5es da <strong>BR Malls <\/strong>estavam sendo cotadas a R$ 14,77, com uma varia\u00e7\u00e3o positiva de 3,65%.
