A partir de amanh\u00e3, as a\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e3o negociadas sem direito ao recebimento dos proventos.<\/p>\n\n\n\t<div data-element=\"shortcode-read-more\" class=\"knowMore\">\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"knowMore__title\">Leia mais<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<a class=\"knowMore__link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/copel-cple6-privatizacao-governo-parana\/\">\n\t\t\tCopel (CPLE6): ap\u00f3s an\u00fancio sobre poss\u00edvel privatiza\u00e7\u00e3o, BTG v\u00ea \u201cforte potencial de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<p>A primeira parcela dos <strong>proventos da Copel<\/strong> tem o valor bruto de R$ 600 milh\u00f5es, cujo pagamento vai ocorrer em 30 de novembro de 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 a <strong>data de pagamento do JCP da Copel<\/strong>, referente a segunda parcela, ser\u00e1 at\u00e9 30 de junho de 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Somando a primeira e a segunda parcelas, os JCP da Copel por a\u00e7\u00e3o se dividem da seguinte forma:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Por a\u00e7\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria: R$ 0,333930001<\/li><li>Por a\u00e7\u00e3o preferencial: R$ 0,36732305 (entre PNAs e PNBs).<\/li><li>Por unit: R$ 1,80322221<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-jcp-da-copel\"><a><\/a>JCP da Copel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1\u00aa parcela:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Valor total: R$ 600.000.000,00<\/li><li>Valor por a\u00e7\u00e3o: 0,20655465 por a\u00e7\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria, 0,22721013 por a\u00e7\u00e3o preferencial e 1,11539517 por unit.<\/li><li>Data de corte: 21 de novembro<\/li><li>Data do pagamento: 30 de novembro<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2\u00aa parcela:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Valor total: R$ 370.000.000,00<\/li><li>Valor por a\u00e7\u00e3o: 0,12737536 por a\u00e7\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria, 0,14011292 por a\u00e7\u00e3o preferencial e 0,68782704 por unit.<\/li><li>Data de corte: 21 de novembro<\/li><li>Data do pagamento: at\u00e9 30 de junho de 2023<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-detalhes-do-jcp-da-copel\"><a><\/a>Detalhes do JCP da Copel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apesar da data prevista para o pagamento do JCP da Copel ser at\u00e9 dia 30 de junho de 2023, a defini\u00e7\u00e3o final deste prazo acontecer\u00e1 na <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/assembleia-geral-ordinaria\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Assembleia Geral Ordin\u00e1ria<\/a>, que ser\u00e1 realizada at\u00e9 abril de 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na ocasi\u00e3o, ser\u00e3o analisados o relat\u00f3rio de administra\u00e7\u00e3o, o balan\u00e7o patrimonial e demais <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/demonstracoes-financeiras\/\" rel=\"noopener\">demonstra\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras<\/a>, bem como a destina\u00e7\u00e3o dos resultados, referentes ao exerc\u00edcio de 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vale destacar que os JCP da Copel t\u00eam uma tributa\u00e7\u00e3o de 15%. Apesar disso, as pessoas jur\u00eddicas, que se caracterizam perante a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o brasileira, isentas de reten\u00e7\u00e3o do imposto, devem comprovar essa situa\u00e7\u00e3o junto ao escriturador por meio de contatos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os pagamentos de <a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/entenda-o-jcp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Juros sobre Capital Pr\u00f3prio<\/a> da <strong>Copel<\/strong> ser\u00e3o feitos na forma de cr\u00e9dito em conta corrente banc\u00e1ria, conforme cadastro do acionista.
