informado pelo governo do Paran\u00e1, a <strong>privatiza\u00e7\u00e3o da Copel<\/strong> seria por meio de uma estrutura \u201ccorporation\u201d, a exemplo do que foi realizado com a <a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/acoes\/ELET3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eletrobras (ELET3)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O comunicado aconteceu ap\u00f3s estudos feitos pelo Conselho de Controle das Empresas Estaduais (CCEE), e envolver\u00e1 uma <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/oferta-secundaria\/\" rel=\"noopener\">oferta secund\u00e1ria<\/a> de <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/o-que-sao-acoes-ordinarias-preferenciais-e-units\/\" rel=\"noopener\">a\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias<\/a> e\/ou units de emiss\u00e3o da Copel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o para <strong>privatizar a Copel<\/strong> tem o objetivo de captar \u201c<a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/recursos-financeiros\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recursos financeiros<\/a> para suprir necessidades de investimento do Estado do Paran\u00e1, bem como a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de suas a\u00e7\u00f5es remanescentes detidas na companhia, valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o que dever\u00e1 derivar da potencial gera\u00e7\u00e3o de valor aos acionistas, inclusive em virtude de eventual capitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da Companhia e acelera\u00e7\u00e3o de seu plano de neg\u00f3cios\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a transa\u00e7\u00e3o, o governo do Paran\u00e1 pretende manter uma participa\u00e7\u00e3o total n\u00e3o abaixo de 15%, com pelo menos 10% das a\u00e7\u00f5es com direito a voto da Copel.<\/p>\n\n\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a sexta-feira (18), a Copel estava \u201cnegociando a 1,17x EV\/RAB, refletindo em parte o turnaround implementado na empresa desde que Ratinho Jr. (governador reeleito) indicou Daniel Slaviero como presidente da Copel em 2018\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A casa lembra que a Copel deixou de ser uma companhia com, performance muito abaixo em distribui\u00e7\u00e3o para se tornar uma empresa mais eficiente e superar em 12% o Ebitda regulat\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNaturalmente, h\u00e1 um limite de quanto pode ser feito em uma estatal, raz\u00e3o pela qual ainda vemos muito potencial de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o caso a empresa seja privatizada\u201d, comentam os analistas. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os analistas afirmam que, caso o segmento de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o esteja avaliado entre 1,8-2,0x EV\/RAB, a a\u00e7\u00e3o da Copel pode valer entre R$ 10,10 e R$ 10,90\/a\u00e7\u00e3o.
