Ou seja, R$ 193,64 ao todo, levando em considera\u00e7\u00e3o o valor unit\u00e1rio de cada cota.<\/p>\n<p>Os investidores que ter\u00e3o <strong>direito de prefer\u00eancia<\/strong> s\u00e3o aqueles com o VRTA11 em sua carteira ao final do preg\u00e3o de 13\/10\/2022.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o fundo imobili\u00e1rio informou que o prazo para exerc\u00edcio do direito de prefer\u00eancia pelos cotistas come\u00e7a no dia 17\/10\/2022 e vai at\u00e9 o dia 27\/10\/2022.<\/p>\n<p>Quem j\u00e1 \u00e9 cotista n\u00e3o tem uma aplica\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00ednima para a subscri\u00e7\u00e3o de novas cotas do montante inicial da oferta.
