Cada cota ser\u00e1 negociada a R$ 95,27 durante a oferta.<\/p>\n<p>O valor por cota possui n\u00e3o possui desconto em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao valor patrimonial da cota, que \u00e9 de R$ 95,27.\u00a0De acordo com o fato relevante, o valor m\u00ednimo da oferta ser\u00e1 de R$ 9.858.253,79, o que representa uma emiss\u00e3o de 827.815 cotas do RBHY11.<\/p>\n<p>Se houver um excesso de demanda, o montante inicial pode ser acrescido em at\u00e9 20%.<\/p>\n<h2>Veja mais detalhes sobre a oferta do RBHY11<\/h2>\n<p>Para participar da <strong>emiss\u00e3o do RBHY11<\/strong>, a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00ednima ser\u00e1 de 10 novas cotas. Ou seja, R$ 987,80 ao todo, levando em considera\u00e7\u00e3o o valor unit\u00e1rio de cada cota.\u00a0Ter\u00e3o <strong>direito de prefer\u00eancia<\/strong> os investidores com cotas do RBHY11 em sua carteira ao final do preg\u00e3o de 28\/10\/2022.<\/p>\n<p>Os cotistas interessados devem exercer o direito de prefer\u00eancia entre\u00a0os dias 08\/11\/2022 e 21\/11\/2022.<\/p>\n<p>Para os atuais cotistas, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 aplica\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00ednima para a subscri\u00e7\u00e3o de novos pap\u00e9is do montante inicial da oferta.
