O tr\u00e1fego de passageiros consolidado (RPKs) apresentou crescimento de 11,0% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a outubro de 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Os<strong> resultados preliminares da Azul <\/strong>tamb\u00e9m apontam um crescimento de 18,1% na capacidade (ASKs) em outubro, na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o mesmo m\u00eas em 2021, resultando em uma taxa de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o de 77,2%, com queda de 4,9 pontos percentuais na base anual.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o <strong>CEO da Azul<\/strong>, John Rodgerson, \u201ccontinuamos focados em conciliar fortes tarifas e yield, com capacidade disciplinada, levando a um recorde sequencial do RASK no m\u00eas de outubro. Acreditamos na continuidade dessa tend\u00eancia diante da demanda pela nossa malha e do forte ambiente de receita\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Atualmente, a Azul \u00e9 a maior companhia a\u00e9rea do Brasil em n\u00famero de voos e cidades atendidas, com cerca de 900 voos di\u00e1rios, para mais de 150 destinos diferentes.<\/p>\n<p>A companhia conta com uma frota operacional de aproximadamente 160 aeronaves e mais de 13 mil funcion\u00e1rios, al\u00e9m de mais de 300 rotas.<\/p>\n<h2>Embraer aumenta sua estimativa de fluxo de caixa livre para 2022<\/h2>\n<p>A Embraer aumentou sua estimativa de fluxo de caixa livre para o ano de 2022, em meio a uma melhor performance do que o esperado nos nove primeiros meses do ano, sobretudo no que se refere \u00e0 evolu\u00e7\u00e3o das margens operacionais.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, a Embraer tamb\u00e9m registrou uma gest\u00e3o de <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/capital-giro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"2\">capital de giro<\/a> e efici\u00eancia tribut\u00e1ria mais assertiva.<\/p>\n<p>Por conta disso, o fluxo de caixa livre estimado da Embraer \u00e9 de pelo menos US$ 150 milh\u00f5es em 2022, frente aos US$ 50 milh\u00f5es projetados anteriormente.<\/p>\n<p>Vale destacar que o<strong> resultado da Embraer <\/strong>mostrou um preju\u00edzo l\u00edquido de R$ 160,4 milh\u00f5es no 3T22, uma queda de 32% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo trimestre do ano passado.<\/p>\n<h2>Orizon aprova 5\u00aa emiss\u00e3o de deb\u00eantures, no valor de R$ 400 milh\u00f5es<\/h2>\n<p>O<strong> conselho de administra\u00e7\u00e3o da Orizon<\/strong> aprovou a emiss\u00e3o da 5\u00aa emiss\u00e3o de deb\u00eantures, no montante de R$ 400 milh\u00f5es, conforme anunciado nesta \u00faltima sexta-feira (11).<\/p>\n<p>A emiss\u00e3o de deb\u00eantures da companhia ser\u00e1 simples, n\u00e3o convers\u00edveis em a\u00e7\u00f5es, da esp\u00e9cie, com garantia real, com garantia adicional fidejuss\u00f3ria, em s\u00e9rie \u00fanica, da Orizon Meio Ambiente (OMA).<\/p>\n<p>A emiss\u00e3o de<strong> deb\u00eantures da Orizon<\/strong> se dar\u00e1 com esfor\u00e7os restritos de coloca\u00e7\u00e3o, em que ser\u00e3o emitidas 400 mil deb\u00eantures.<\/p>\n<p>Os recursos ser\u00e3o usados para refinanciar d\u00edvidas existentes da OMA, aumentando o duration e diminuindo o <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/custo-de-capital\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">custo de capital<\/a>.
