As concess\u00f5es ajustadas pelo IGP-M (Categoria II) sofreram um reajuste inflacion\u00e1rio de 10,72% e as concess\u00f5es ajustadas pelo IPCA (Categoria III) sofreram um reajuste inflacion\u00e1rio de 11,73%&#8221;, diz a administra\u00e7\u00e3o da Taesa no seu release de <strong>resultados do trimestre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Assim, a RAP das 41 concession\u00e1rias do grupo Taesa no novo ciclo 2022-2023 totalizou R$ 3,8 bilh\u00f5es, 7,7% maior que a RAP total do ciclo anterior, j\u00e1 contemplando a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 50% da RAP das concess\u00f5es de categoria II que sofrem esse efeito no novo ciclo&#8221;, segue.<\/p>\n<h2>XP v\u00ea 3T22 &#8216;s\u00f3lido e sem surpresas&#8217;<\/h2>\n<p>Com recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o neutra e visando R$ 37 por unit, a XP disse que viu bons resultados no 3T22, mas n\u00e3o longe das proje\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Temos uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o neutra do resultado da Taesa no 3T22, que ficou em linha com nossas expectativas. A melhora na compara\u00e7\u00e3o anual pode ser explicada pelo reajuste inflacion\u00e1rio do ciclo RAP 2022-2023 (10,7% IGP-M e 11,7% IPCA) e pela entrada em opera\u00e7\u00e3o de Jana\u00faba, Sant\u2019Ana (parcial), ESTE, Aimor\u00e9s, e Paragua\u00e7u&#8221;, diz a casa.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Destacamos tamb\u00e9m a cont\u00ednua desalavancagem da companhia (d\u00edvida l\u00edquida\/EBITDA de 3,7x no 3T22 vs. 4,3x no 3T21). Dito isso, n\u00e3o vislumbramos nenhum gatilho de crescimento no curto prazo e mantemos nossa recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o Neutra para <a href=\"https:\/\/statusinvest.com.br\/acoes\/taee11\"><strong>TAEE11<\/strong><\/a>&#8220;, seguem os analistas.<\/p>\n<h2>Dividendos da Taesa<\/h2>\n<p>Em conjunto com o resultado do trimestre, a <strong>Taesa anunciou R$ 365 milh\u00f5es em <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/guias\/dividendos\/\">dividendos<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/entenda-o-jcp\/\">juros sob capital pr\u00f3prio (JCP)<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ser\u00e3o R$ 1,06 recebidos por unit em proventos da Taesa, considerando os dividendos intercalares, intermedi\u00e1rios e o JCP.
