Em relat\u00f3rio publicado nesta quinta-feira (27), a Suzano (SUZB3)<\/a> anunciou um lucro de R$ 5,4 bilh\u00f5es no terceiro trimestre deste ano. O resultado reverte o preju\u00edzo de R$ 959 milh\u00f5es do mesmo intervalo em 2021.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t

De acordo com o balan\u00e7o, o resultado financeiro l\u00edquido da Suzano<\/strong> continuou no vermelho em -R$ 1,5 bi, mas houve uma recupera\u00e7\u00e3o em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos -R$ 6,9 bi reportados no 2T22.<\/span><\/p>\n

O Ebitda ajustado<\/a> (lucro antes de juros, impostos, deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o) foi de R$ 8,5 bi contra R$ 6,3 bi da mesma etapa do ano anterior. Com isso, a margem Ebitda avan\u00e7ou de 59% para 61% nos \u00faltimos doze meses, mostra o documento.<\/span><\/p>\n

As vendas da Suzano<\/strong> somaram 3,1 mil toneladas, uma alta de 5% no intervalo de tr\u00eas meses. A celulose foi respons\u00e1vel pela maior parte das sa\u00eddas (2,7 mil toneladas) e o papel pelo restante (331 mil toneladas).<\/span><\/p>\n

Neste cen\u00e1rio, a receita l\u00edquida<\/a> da Suzano<\/strong> somou R$ 14,1 bilh\u00f5es, avan\u00e7o de 23% em um trimestre e de 32% em um ano.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cA eleva\u00e7\u00e3o em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao 2T22 \u00e9 explicada pela varia\u00e7\u00e3o positiva no resultado financeiro, por sua vez decorrente do menor impacto negativo da desvaloriza\u00e7\u00e3o cambial sobre a d\u00edvida e resultado positivo das opera\u00e7\u00f5es com derivativos, e pelo maior resultado operacional”, explicou a companhia.<\/span><\/p>\n

A Suzano aprovou o Programa de Recompra de a\u00e7\u00f5es. Ser\u00e3o compradas pela companhia at\u00e9 “20.000.000 a\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias de sua pr\u00f3pria emiss\u00e3o, representativas de, aproximadamente, 2,9% do total de a\u00e7\u00f5es em circula\u00e7\u00e3o com base na posi\u00e7\u00e3o acion\u00e1ria de 30 de setembro de 2022”.<\/p>\n

Diz ainda o documento da Suzano: “Com base na posi\u00e7\u00e3o acion\u00e1ria de 30 de setembro de 2022, a companhia possui 686.352.936 a\u00e7\u00f5es. As aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es de a\u00e7\u00f5es no \u00e2mbito do Programa Outubro\/2022 dever\u00e3o ser liquidadas no prazo de 18 meses, de modo que o prazo se encerrar\u00e1 em 27 de abril de 2024.”<\/p>\n

Suzano (SUZB3) compra ativos da Kimberly-Clark<\/b><\/h2>\n

Nesta semana, a Suzano anunciou a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de parte dos ativos da Kimberly-Clark<\/a> na Am\u00e9rica Latina. A empresa assumiu os neg\u00f3cios de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o, marketing, distribui\u00e7\u00e3o ou venda no Brasil de produtos de tissue.<\/span><\/p>\n

A linha de tissue \u00e9 formada por itens como papel higi\u00eanico, toalhas de papel, guardanapos, len\u00e7os e outros produtos de papel. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o d\u00e1 \u00e0 Suzano os direitos sobre a marca NEVE, al\u00e9m de outras marcas globais que usadas pela Kimberly.<\/span><\/p>\n

Um dos principais ativos envolvidos nessa transa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 uma f\u00e1brica de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de higi\u00eanicos, localizada em Mogi das Cruzes, em SP. O espa\u00e7o tem capacidade anual de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de 130 mil toneladas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A conclus\u00e3o do acordo ainda depende de an\u00e1lise dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os reguladores, como o Cade (Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econ\u00f4mica (Cade). No entanto, n\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de assembleia geral de acionistas da Suzano<\/strong>, j\u00e1 que n\u00e3o atinge os par\u00e2metros estabelecidos na Lei das Sociedades por A\u00e7\u00f5es<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n\t
