Os outros US$ 500 milh\u00f5es, que completam o valor do contrato, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/3r-petroleum-rrrp3-contrata-emprestimo-compra-polo-portiguar\/\">j\u00e1 haviam sido contratados, em agosto<\/a>, por meio de outra opera\u00e7\u00e3o, liderada pelo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/bdrs\/msbr34\/\">Morgan Stanley (MSBR34)<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<p>As <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/guias\/debentures\/\">deb\u00eantures<\/a><\/strong> ter\u00e3o vencimento para 60 meses e devem incluir flexibilidade de pr\u00e9-pagamento a partir do segundo ano.
