A gestora do fundo, a XP Asset, comentou em relat\u00f3rio publicado em agosto que o FII possui hoje uma reserva acumulada de corre\u00e7\u00e3o monet\u00e1ria da ordem de R$ 10,56 milh\u00f5es, ou R$ 1,21 por cota. Entre o m\u00eas de setembro e outubro, a diminui\u00e7\u00e3o foi de R$ 0,08 por cota (cerca de 11%), mesmo com o IPCA em patamar negativo.<\/p>\n<p>Alguns fundos reduziram rendimentos entre 50% a 88%, conforme aponta levantamento feito pelo Infomoney. Com a defla\u00e7\u00e3o dos meses de julho a setembro, os fundos de papel com ativos indexados \u00e0 infla\u00e7\u00e3o tiveram grandes quedas nos seus dividendos. E o fundo gerido pela XP possui 72% dos seus ativos de cr\u00e9dito indexados ao IPCA. Mesmo assim, a queda nos rendimentos foi menor.<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/lp.suno.com.br\/planilha-controle-gastos\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-element=\"shortcode-suno-banner\" title=\"Banner SUNO, clique e saiba mais\">\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 500px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/03\/400x300-Planilha-controle-de-gastos.png\">\n\t\t\t\t<img class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa newsContent__article__imgCapa--banner\"\n\t\t\t\t\tsrc=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/03\/1420x240-Planilha-controle-de-gastos.png\"\n\t\t\t\t\tdata-promo-id=\"101751\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\twidth='1420' height='240'\t\t\t\t\talt=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/03\/1420x240-Planilha-controle-de-gastos.png\"\n\t\t\t\t>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>Os rendimentos do XPCI11<\/h2>\n<p>Os <strong>dividendos do XPCI11<\/strong> foram de R$ 0,88 por cota comunicada no \u00faltimo dia \u00fatil do m\u00eas de setembro.<\/p>\n<p>A distribui\u00e7\u00e3o no m\u00eas para os detentores de cotas XPCI11 rendeu um <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/dividend-yield-como-calcular\/\"><strong>dividend yield<\/strong><\/a> mensal de 1%, considerando o valor da cota no fechamento do m\u00eas de setembro (R$ 87,72).<\/p>\n<p>A gestora comentou que o XPCI11 distribuiu em m\u00e9dia aos seus cotistas R$ 1,08 real por cota no decorrer do segundo trimestre, representando 150,23% do CDI, l\u00edquido de impostos, em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 cota de fechamento do 2T2022.<\/p>\n<p>Deste modo, o fundo segue sua estrat\u00e9gia de manter um portf\u00f3lio composto de CRIs com boa qualidade, com foco em origina\u00e7\u00e3o e estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00f3prias. O fundo possui ainda um direcionamento para girar sua carteira em busca de <strong>ganho de capital<\/strong>, visando retornos recorrentes e n\u00e3o pontuais.<\/p>\n<p>A gestora acredita que nos atuais n\u00edveis de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/copom-ata-inflacao-selic\/\"><strong>Selic<\/strong><\/a> e infla\u00e7\u00e3o as empresas est\u00e3o com maiores dificuldades de repasse de pre\u00e7os, dado o macro desafiador.
