O consenso projetava US$ 2,12 de lucro por a\u00e7\u00e3o da Netflix, ao passo que a empresa reportou US$ 3,10 em seu <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/resultado-financeiro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">resultado financeiro<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o n\u00famero de\u00a0<strong>assinaturas da Netflix<\/strong> aumentou 2,4 milh\u00f5es no acumulado trimestral &#8211; um dado que surpreendeu o mercado e veio logo ap\u00f3s uma m\u00e1 fase para a empresa, refletido no balan\u00e7o trimestral anterior.<\/p>\n<p>A receita da companhia aumentou 5,9% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o anual, passando de US$ 7,48 bilh\u00f5es no terceiro trimestre de 2021 para US$ 7,92 bilh\u00f5es no terceiro trimestre deste ano.<\/p>\n<p>O <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/lucro-liquido\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">lucro l\u00edquido<\/a> da Netflix, por\u00e9m, acabou caindo 3,4%, saindo de US$ 1,44 bilh\u00f5es para US$ 1,39 bilh\u00f5es no comparativo anual. O Ebitda da empresa recuou da mesma forma, saindo de US$ 1,75 bilh\u00e3o para US$ 1,53 bilh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O CFO da Netflix destacou que a empresa &#8216;n\u00e3o est\u00e1 crescendo exatamente como queria&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEstamos construindo um &#8216;momentum&#8217;. Em meio \u00e0 uma queda generalizada das companhias de tecnologia, a Netflix havia reportado uma queda no n\u00famero de assinantes, mostrando um decl\u00ednio em meio \u00e0 alta competitividade do segmento &#8211; que ganhou novos players nos \u00faltimos anos, como HBO Max, Prime Video e Disney Plus.<\/p>\n<p>O resultado foi t\u00e3o decepcionante que a empresa perdeu mais de um ter\u00e7o de <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/valor-de-mercado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">valor de mercado<\/a> em um s\u00f3 preg\u00e3o, dada a baixa de 35% nos pap\u00e9is <a href=\"https:\/\/statusinvest.com.br\/acoes\/eua\/nflx\"><strong>NFLX<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Com o cen\u00e1rio, at\u00e9 mesmo os grandes investidores perderam uma fortuna, dada a imprevisibilidade dos n\u00fameros que haviam sido reportados.<\/p>\n<p>Bill Ackman, da gestora Pershing Square, chegou a perder US$ 400 milh\u00f5es ao ter que zerar sua posi\u00e7\u00e3o acion\u00e1ria na empresa.
