Segundo o press release da AM Best, depois da conclus\u00e3o bem-sucedida da <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/oferta-de-acoes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">oferta de a\u00e7\u00f5es<\/a> de recapitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o que foi anunciada no dia 1\u00ba de setembro de 2022, seus ratings foram removidos da revis\u00e3o com implica\u00e7\u00f5es negativas. Desse modo, as perspectivas de<strong> rating do IRB<\/strong> acabaram sendo atribu\u00eddas como negativas.<\/p>\n<p>Importante salientar que a AM Best se trata de uma ag\u00eancia global de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o de risco, cujo foco exclusivo est\u00e1 no setor de seguros e resseguros.<\/p>\n<h2>Azul tem alta anual de 11,3% no tr\u00e1fego de passageiros consolidado (RPKs)<\/h2>\n<p>Assim como a Petrobras e o IRB, outra empresa que est\u00e1 no radar dos investidores \u00e9 a Azul. A companhia a\u00e9rea anunciou os resultados preliminares de tr\u00e1fego de setembro de 2022.<\/p>\n<p>O <strong>tr\u00e1fego de passageiros consolidado (RPKs) da Azul<\/strong> teve uma alta de 11,3% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a setembro de 2021, diante de um aumento de 11,7% da capacidade (ASKs), resultando assim em uma taxa de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o de 79,1%, reduzindo 0,3 ponto percentual comparado com o mesmo per\u00edodo em 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o <strong>CEO da Azul<\/strong>, John Rodgerson, \u201cem setembro, continuamos a ver uma forte demanda por nossos voos, o que nos permite manter taxas de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o constantes com yields crescentes.
