NTS<\/h2>\n<p>A Petrobras assinou em 30 de setembro de 2022, com a Nova Transportadora do Sudeste (NTS), um acordo de redu\u00e7\u00e3o de flexibilidade de uso pela empresa, assim como aditivos aos contratos de transporte de g\u00e1s natural da malha sudeste, malha sudeste II, GASDUC III, GASPAJ e GASTAU, que refletem a limita\u00e7\u00e3o de flexibilidade da petroleira.<\/p>\n<p>Esses instrumentos do <strong>acordo da Petrobras<\/strong> possibilitam o acesso de outros agentes ao sistema de transporte da NTS a partir de 1\u00ba de outubro de 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, a celebra\u00e7\u00e3o do acordo e dos aditivos foi realizada ap\u00f3s a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da Ag\u00eancia Nacional do Petr\u00f3leo, G\u00e1s Natural e Biocombust\u00edveis (ANP) e est\u00e1 em conson\u00e2ncia com o compromisso assumido pela Petrobras no \u00e2mbito do termo de compromisso de cessa\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00e1tica (TCC), celebrado entre o CADE e a Petrobras.<\/p>\n<h2>Ita\u00fa emite R$ 1 bilh\u00e3o em letras financeiras subordinadas perp\u00e9tuas<\/h2>\n<p>O Ita\u00fa Unibanco realizou emiss\u00f5es de letras financeiras subordinadas perp\u00e9tuas, no montante total de R$ 1 bilh\u00e3o, em negocia\u00e7\u00f5es com investidores profissionais durante o m\u00eas de setembro.<\/p>\n<p>As letras financeiras s\u00e3o perp\u00e9tuas com op\u00e7\u00e3o de recompra a partir de 2027, sujeito \u00e0 pr\u00e9via autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do Banco Central do Brasil. O prazo de vencimento do financiamento da Klabin passou de 7 anos para 10 anos, sendo assim, vai ocorrer em outubro de 2032.<\/p>\n<p>O custo do financiamento passa a estar condicionado ao desempenho de metas de sustentabilidade.
