As estimativas para o terceiro trimestre de 2022 apontam para uma taxa de vac\u00e2ncia de 20,8% em S\u00e3o Paulo, o que sugere que o pr\u00f3ximo movimento ser\u00e1 de maior procura por alugu\u00e9is e diminui\u00e7\u00e3o da taxa de im\u00f3veis desocupados.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;O mercado encontra equil\u00edbrio entre taxa de vac\u00e2ncia e pre\u00e7o e 10%.
