VINO11 lidera ganhos\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<p>O <strong>dividendo do SNCI11 <\/strong>ficou um pouco abaixo de sua distribui\u00e7\u00e3o anterior, que foi de R$ 1,30 por cota, pago no dia 25 de julho, referente ao exerc\u00edcio do m\u00eas de maio. Considerando o total proventos do fundo que foram pagos desde seu in\u00edcio, ou seja, outubro de 2021, a m\u00e9dia fica pr\u00f3xima a R$ 1,289 por cota.<\/p>\n<h2>Portf\u00f3lio do SNCI11<\/h2>\n<p>Em seu \u00faltimo relat\u00f3rio gerencial, o fundo registrou uma aloca\u00e7\u00e3o de 78% em CRIs, assim como uma exposi\u00e7\u00e3o de 76% no IPCA. Apesar dessa exposi\u00e7\u00e3o mais relevante no principal \u00edndice inflacion\u00e1rio brasileiro, o time de gest\u00e3o havia sinalizado que estava sendo intensificada a <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/alocacao-de-ativos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">aloca\u00e7\u00e3o de ativos<\/a> indexados ao CDI, dado o aumento da taxa Selic em combate \u00e0 infla\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A exposi\u00e7\u00e3o do <strong>FII SNCI11<\/strong> no indexador em seu portf\u00f3lio passou de 10,9% no m\u00eas de maio para 19,1% ao final de junho. Al\u00e9m disso, metade da carteira do fundo exposta ao IPCA j\u00e1 tinha prote\u00e7\u00e3o contra o cen\u00e1rio de defla\u00e7\u00e3o registrada em julho de 0,68%. Segundo a gest\u00e3o do FII, \u201cn\u00e3o s\u00f3 estamos atentos a este fato, como estamos realizando movimentos para proteger o restante do portf\u00f3lio\u201d.<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/lp.suno.com.br\/planilha-controle-gastos\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-element=\"shortcode-suno-banner\" title=\"Banner SUNO, clique e saiba mais\">\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 500px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/03\/400x300-Planilha-controle-de-gastos.png\">\n\t\t\t\t<img class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa newsContent__article__imgCapa--banner\"\n\t\t\t\t\tsrc=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/03\/1420x240-Planilha-controle-de-gastos.png\"\n\t\t\t\t\tdata-promo-id=\"101751\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\twidth='1420' height='240'\t\t\t\t\talt=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/03\/1420x240-Planilha-controle-de-gastos.png\"\n\t\t\t\t>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n<p>O time de gest\u00e3o do <strong>fundo imobili\u00e1rio SNCI11 <\/strong>acredita que o cen\u00e1rio inflacion\u00e1rio do pa\u00eds deve reagir \u00e0 <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/politica-monetaria\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">pol\u00edtica monet\u00e1ria<\/a> aplicada pelo Copom, refletindo em menores <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/indices-de-inflacao\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">\u00edndices de infla\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> no 2\u00ba semestre de 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Apesar de a gest\u00e3o estar atenta a esse cen\u00e1rio de defla\u00e7\u00e3o e estar realizando movimentos para proteger o restante de seu portf\u00f3lio, ela ressalta que \u00e9 natural que haja diminui\u00e7\u00e3o no <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/valor-nominal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">valor nominal<\/a> distribu\u00eddo em algum momento futuro, frente \u00e0s perspectivas de uma infla\u00e7\u00e3o menor na segunda metade do ano.<\/p>\n<p>Ainda ontem (24), o \u00cdndice Nacional de Pre\u00e7os ao Consumidor Amplo 15 (IPCA-15), a pr\u00e9via da infla\u00e7\u00e3o oficial do Brasil, registrou uma queda de 0,73% no m\u00eas de agosto, sendo esta a menor taxa da s\u00e9rie hist\u00f3rica, que se iniciou no ano de 1991.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es do seu \u00faltimo informe peri\u00f3dico, o SNCI11 tinha um total de 37.112 de cotistas at\u00e9 o dia 29 de julho, dos quais 37.031 eram pessoas f\u00edsicas.<\/p>\n<p>Nesse per\u00edodo, o fundo tamb\u00e9m registrou um patrim\u00f4nio l\u00edquido de quase R$ 367,34 milh\u00f5es, equivalente a R$ 97,72 por cota.
