Esses receber\u00e3o o pagamento dos <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/guias\/dividendos\/\">dividendos<\/a> do XPML11 <\/strong>em 25 de agosto.<\/p>\n<p>Com o resultado obtido no m\u00eas de agosto, os<strong> rendimentos<\/strong><strong>\u00a0do XPML11<\/strong> tiveram um aumento de 1,4% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao m\u00eas anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Em julho, os dividendos do XPML11 somaram R$ 0,69 por cota. Nesta compara\u00e7\u00e3o, considerando a varia\u00e7\u00e3o no valor da cota, o dividend yield deste fundo imobili\u00e1rio passou de 0,74% para 0,67%.
