Desde sexta-feira (19), o <strong>FII ALZR11<\/strong> come\u00e7ou a ser negociado ex-<strong>dividendos<\/strong>. Ou seja, at\u00e9 essa data quem tinha cotas do fundo receber\u00e1 seus rendimentos.<\/p>\n<p>Assim, a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o anunciada \u00e9 referente ao m\u00eas de agosto e representa uma queda de 0,4% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos <strong>rendimentos do ALZR11<\/strong> anteriores.<\/p>\n<p>No m\u00eas anterior, os rendimentos pagos pelo FII somaram R$ 0,7847. O rendimento do dividendo, chamado de dividend yield, passou de 0,69% para 0,67%, contabilizando a varia\u00e7\u00e3o do pre\u00e7o do fundo no mercado da B3.
