Desse modo, os investidores que tiverem cotas do FII somente a partir de segunda-feira (1) n\u00e3o ter\u00e3o direito ao benef\u00edcio. Os<strong> rendimentos do KNIP11<\/strong> s\u00e3o referentes aos ganhos do fundo ocorridos em julho. O montante representa uma queda de 30,7% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao valor distribu\u00eddo no m\u00eas anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Em junho, os dividendos do KNIP11 somaram R$ 1,5000 por cota. Nesta compara\u00e7\u00e3o, considerando a varia\u00e7\u00e3o no valor da cota, o <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/dividend-yield-como-calcular\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"2\">dividend yield<\/a> deste fundo imobili\u00e1rio passou de 1,49% para 1,07%.
