Assim, os que comprarem cotas do FII a partir de 1\u00ba de agosto n\u00e3o ter\u00e3o direito a receber neste m\u00eas. O pagamento ser\u00e1 realizado pelo fundo em 12 de agosto.<\/p>\n<p>A distribui\u00e7\u00e3o anunciada hoje \u00e9 referente ao m\u00eas de julho e representa uma queda de 66,7% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos <strong>rendimentos do HGLG11<\/strong> anteriores, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/hglg11-mesmo-com-resultado-menor-fii-paga-dividendos-recordes\/\">quando houve uma distribui\u00e7\u00e3o extra semestral.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Na ocasi\u00e3o, os dividendos do HGLG11 somaram R$ 3,3000. Tamb\u00e9m considerando a varia\u00e7\u00e3o do valor da cota, o <strong>dividend yield do HGLG11<\/strong> passou de 2,00% para 0,65%. J\u00e1 nos \u00faltimos 12 meses, o pre\u00e7o do FII variou -0,16%.<\/p>\n<p>O patrim\u00f4nio l\u00edquido por cota \u00e9 muito utilizado para se analisar se o pre\u00e7o de uma a\u00e7\u00e3o.
