E o pr\u00f3ximo ativo que pode ser colocado a venda, conforme o\u00a0<strong>Programa de Parcerias e Desinvestimentos<\/strong> da Petrobras, previsto no\u00a0Plano de Neg\u00f3cios e Gest\u00e3o 2019-2023 \u00e9 a <strong>Liquig\u00e1s<\/strong>, a distribuidora de g\u00e1s de cozinha (GLP).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVemos a decis\u00e3o do <strong>STF<\/strong> como uma importante salvaguarda para a continuidade do programa de desinvestimento da Petrobr\u00e1s\u201d, afirmaram os analistas Thiago Duarte, Pedro Soares e Daniel Guardiola, do BTG Pactual.<\/p>\n<p>Na \u00faltima quinta-feira (6),\u00a0o STF decidiu que o governo pode vender as subsidi\u00e1rias de empresas <strong>estatais<\/strong> sem o aval do <strong>Congresso Nacional.<\/strong> Entretanto, segundo os ministros do Supremo, para a venda da empresa estatal ser\u00e1\u00a0necess\u00e1ria autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o legislativa.
