O levantamento foi feito pela <strong>Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Registradores Imobili\u00e1rios de S\u00e3o Paulo (Arisp)<\/strong> junto a Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Instituto de Pesquisas Econ\u00f4micas (Fipe).<\/p>\t<div class=\"wrapper-featured-image\">\n\t\t<figure class=\"spotlightImg\">\n\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 768px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2019\/06\/c6329443-im\u00f3veis-400x200.webp\">\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa lazyloadDisabled newsContent__article__imgCapa--noCaption\" src=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2019\/06\/c6329443-im\u00f3veis-jpg.webp\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" alt=\"Registros e lan\u00e7amentos de im\u00f3veis crescem em S\u00e3o Paulo durante o 1T19\" fetchpriority=high \/>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\n\t\t\t<figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text wp-caption-text--hide\">Registros e lan\u00e7amentos de im\u00f3veis crescem em S\u00e3o Paulo durante o 1T19<\/figcaption>\n\t\t<\/figure>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<p>De acordo com a Arisp, com base nos registros feitos nos cart\u00f3rios de <strong>im\u00f3veis<\/strong> de S\u00e3o Paulo, ap\u00f3s quatro anos de queda, o setor passou a se recuperar em 2017 e durante o primeiro trimestre de 2019 anotou 24.957 a\u00e7\u00f5es de <strong>compra<\/strong> e <strong>venda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/lp.suno.com.br\/suno-one\/?utm_campaign=_SNC6964518A_\" target=\"_blank\" data-element=\"shortcode-suno-banner\" title=\"Banner SUNO, clique e saiba mais\">\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 500px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2025\/09\/400x300-Suno-One-png.webp\">\n\t\t\t\t<img class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa newsContent__article__imgCapa--banner\"\n\t\t\t\t\tsrc=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2025\/09\/1420x240-Suno-One-png.webp\"\n\t\t\t\t\tdata-promo-id=\"85810\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\twidth='1420' height='240'\t\t\t\t\talt=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2025\/09\/1420x240-Suno-One-png.webp\"\n\t\t\t\t>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n<p>&#8220;O <strong>mercado<\/strong>, de fato, est\u00e1 reagindo, talvez n\u00e3o no ritmo que o Pa\u00eds precisa, mas o fato \u00e9 que estamos em uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o melhor do que a dos \u00faltimos anos&#8221;, afirmou o economista da Fipe, Eduardo Zylberstajn.<\/p>\n<p>No primeiro levamento, realizado em 2012, foram registradas 146.779 compras e vendas de im\u00f3veis. No entanto, esse valor foi diminuindo at\u00e9 2016, onde chegou a 89.650. Mas o mercado passou a se recuperar e durante os \u00faltimos 12 meses foram registradas 112.956 unidades negociadas.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, a associa\u00e7\u00e3o afirma que junto a crescente de neg\u00f3cios, o n\u00famero de inadimplentes v\u00eam diminuindo. Isso se deve ao <strong>n\u00famero<\/strong> <strong>de<\/strong> <strong>im\u00f3veis<\/strong> retomados por falta de pagamento.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/financiamentos-imobiliarios-poupanca-31052019\/\">Saiba mais:\u00a0Financiamentos imobili\u00e1rios com recursos da poupan\u00e7a atingem R$ 5,7 bilh\u00f5es<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Zylberstajn n\u00e3o fez proje\u00e7\u00f5es para o ano, devido a incerteza econ\u00f4mica e pol\u00edtica. No entanto, ele afirmou que &#8220;o importante \u00e9 que o <strong>PIB<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/o-produto-interno-bruto-pib\/\">Produto Interno Bruto<\/a>) parou de cair. Est\u00e1 fraco, mas est\u00e1 reagindo e, como o mercado imobili\u00e1rio \u00e9 c\u00edclico, os indicadores mostram que agora estamos passando por uma recupera\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h2>Lan\u00e7amentos de im\u00f3veis<\/h2>\n<p>Um estudo divulgado pela C\u00e2mara Brasileira da Ind\u00fastria da Constru\u00e7\u00e3o (CBIC) e divulgado na \u00faltima semana, apontou que durante o primeiro trimestre de 2019 houve um aumento de 4,2% no <strong>lan\u00e7amento<\/strong> <strong>de<\/strong> <strong>im\u00f3veis<\/strong> em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo per\u00edodo do ano anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Entre janeiro e mar\u00e7o deste ano, foram lan\u00e7adas 14.680 unidades, uma alta de 62,5% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao quarto trimestre de 2018.<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/simulador-aposentadoria.suno.com.br\/?utm_source=suno-noticias&#038;utm_medium=banner&#038;utm_content=como-investir-para-aposentadoria-carteira-go&#038;utm_campaign=_SNC36CE4E9F_\" target=\"_blank\" data-element=\"shortcode-suno-banner\" title=\"Banner SUNO, clique e saiba mais\">\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 500px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2025\/11\/400x300.webp\">\n\t\t\t\t<img class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa newsContent__article__imgCapa--banner\"\n\t\t\t\t\tsrc=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2025\/11\/1420x240.webp\"\n\t\t\t\t\tdata-promo-id=\"631530\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\twidth='1420' height='240'\t\t\t\t\talt=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2025\/11\/1420x240.webp\"\n\t\t\t\t>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, no per\u00edodo, a vendas subiram 9,7% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo per\u00edodo do \u00faltimo ano, chegando a 28.676 unidades.
