informa\u00e7\u00e3o foi divulgada na noite desta segunda-feira (20) por meio de <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/fato-relevante\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">fato relevante<\/a> arquivado pela Eletrobras na Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (CVM).<\/p>\n<p>Com este aporte, a Eletrobras passa a deter 35,90 % do capital votante da <strong>Eletronuclear<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tal valor estava previsto no Acordo de Investimentos, celebrado entre a Eletrobras e a <strong>ENBPar,<\/strong> no \u00e2mbito do processo de desestatiza\u00e7\u00e3o da Eletrobras&#8221;, diz o documento.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, a el\u00e9trica\u00a0pagou montante de R$ 26,635 bilh\u00f5es, referente ao valor devido a t\u00edtulo de b\u00f4nus de outorga dos novos contratos de concess\u00e3o de gera\u00e7\u00e3o de energia el\u00e9trica, no \u00e2mbito do seu processo de privatiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A companhia informou que a BNDESPar, subsidi\u00e1ria integral do BNDES, alienou, no \u00e2mbito da Oferta P\u00fablica Global pela companhia el\u00e9trica, 69.801.516 de <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/o-que-sao-acoes-ordinarias-preferenciais-e-units\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">a\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias<\/a> &#8211; ou seja, a\u00e7\u00f5es <a href=\"https:\/\/statusinvest.com.br\/acoes\/elet3\"><strong>ELET3<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a aliena\u00e7\u00e3o, em conjunto com a dilui\u00e7\u00e3o resultante da tranche prim\u00e1ria da referida oferta, fez com que a <strong>BNDESPar<\/strong> ultrapassasse, para baixo, o patamar de 5% do total de a\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias de emiss\u00e3o da Eletrobras.<\/p>\n<h2>Eletrobras tem debandada ap\u00f3s privatiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n<p>Ainda na sexta-feira (18) a estatal informou em comunicado ao mercado que nove dos dez membros do <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/conselho-administracao\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> da companhia pediram ren\u00fancia.<\/p>\n<p>O\u00a0<strong>Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9 composto por 11 membros, mas uma das posi\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e1 atualmente vaga. Segundo a Eletrobras, a vaga ocupada por representantes dos empregados, que possui processo de elei\u00e7\u00e3o em separado, de acordo com o\u00a0<a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/estatuto-social\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">Estatuto Social<\/a>\u00a0da companhia, \u201cn\u00e3o apresentou ren\u00fancia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>O\u00a0<strong>presidente da Eletrobras<\/strong>\u00a0anunciou a ren\u00fancia somente para o cargo de conselheiro de administra\u00e7\u00e3o, diz a Eletrobras.<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/lp.suno.com.br\/planilha-da-vida-financeira\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-element=\"shortcode-suno-banner\" title=\"Banner SUNO, clique e saiba mais\">\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 500px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/04\/400x300-Planilha-vida-financeira-true.png\">\n\t\t\t\t<img class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa newsContent__article__imgCapa--banner\"\n\t\t\t\t\tsrc=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/04\/1420x240-Planilha-vida-financeira-true.png\"\n\t\t\t\t\tdata-promo-id=\"106682\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\twidth='1420' height='240'\t\t\t\t\talt=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/04\/1420x240-Planilha-vida-financeira-true.png\"\n\t\t\t\t>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\u201cOs conselheiros que renunciaram permanecer\u00e3o no cargo at\u00e9 a posse dos novos conselheiros, que dever\u00e3o ser eleitos em\u00a0<strong>Assembleia Geral Extraordin\u00e1ria<\/strong>\u00a0(AGE)\u201d, acrescenta a Eletrobras.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s isso, no domingo, a empresa recebeu correspond\u00eancia de acionistas com os nomes de candidatos a serem eleitos para compor o novo conselho de administra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A chapa indicada por acionistas que representam mais de 5% do<strong>\u00a0<a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/capital-social\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"2\">capital social<\/a>\u00a0da Eletrobras<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9 composta pelos seguintes nomes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carlos Augusto Leone Piani,<\/li>\n<li>Daniel Alves Ferreira,<\/li>\n<li>Felipe Vilela Dias,<\/li>\n<li>Ivan de Souza Monteiro,<\/li>\n<li>Marcelo de Siqueira Freitas,<\/li>\n<li>Marcelo Gasparino da Silva,<\/li>\n<li>Marisete Fatima Dadald Pereira,<\/li>\n<li>Octavio Cortes Pereira Lopes,<\/li>\n<li>Vicente Falconi Campos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pedro Batista de Lima Filho \u00e9 candidato para elei\u00e7\u00e3o em separado pelos acionistas titulares de <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/acoes-preferenciais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">a\u00e7\u00f5es preferenciais<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>Eletrobras<\/strong> comunicou que deve convocar AGE para a elei\u00e7\u00e3o dos novos membros do conselho.
