Ou seja, o pagamento representa o dobro dos anteriores, de R$ 0,65.<\/p>\n<p>Esses proventos ser\u00e3o pagos no dia 24 de junho. O crescimento expansivo ocorre com os ganhos acumulados de arbitragens.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;O <strong>fundo<\/strong> vinha carregando uma reserva acumulada elevada. O resultado tem que ser 95% distribu\u00eddo at\u00e9 o fim do exerc\u00edcio, que encerra em junho. A equipe de gest\u00e3o j\u00e1 estuda aumentar o patamar dos rendimentos distribu\u00eddos no segundo semestre&#8221;, afirma Vitor Duarte, CIO da Suno Asset.<\/p>\n<p>Ainda no fim de maio o<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/fiis-de-tijolo-ou-de-papel-qual-o-melhor\/\"> <strong>Fundo Imobili\u00e1rio<\/strong> (FII)<\/a> reportou um aumento da receita do fundo e detalhou suas estrat\u00e9gias para gera\u00e7\u00e3o de valor aos cotistas.<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/lp.suno.com.br\/planilha-controle-gastos\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-element=\"shortcode-suno-banner\" title=\"Banner SUNO, clique e saiba mais\">\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 500px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/03\/400x300-Planilha-controle-de-gastos.png\">\n\t\t\t\t<img class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa newsContent__article__imgCapa--banner\"\n\t\t\t\t\tsrc=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/03\/1420x240-Planilha-controle-de-gastos.png\"\n\t\t\t\t\tdata-promo-id=\"101751\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\twidth='1420' height='240'\t\t\t\t\talt=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/03\/1420x240-Planilha-controle-de-gastos.png\"\n\t\t\t\t>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Segundo a\u00a0<strong>Suno Asset<\/strong>, os pre\u00e7os das <strong>cotas dos<\/strong> <strong>FIIs<\/strong> tiveram um leve aumento, mostrando tend\u00eancia de alta. O SNFF11 teve um <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/retorno-total\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">retorno total<\/a> (<a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/valor-patrimonial\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">valor patrimonial<\/a> somado ao resultado apurado) de 1,20%.<\/p>\n<p>No acumulado, foram R$ 0,8185 de <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/resultado-financeiro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">resultado financeiro<\/a> por cota &#8211; descontados os dividendos anteriores, deixaram uma reserva acumulada de R$ 0,54 por cota.<\/p>\n<h2>Entenda o aumento de receita do SNFF11<\/h2>\n<p>O SNFF11 teve um aumento em suas receitas, com maior arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o por meio de opera\u00e7\u00f5es com <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/ganho-de-capital\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">ganho de capital<\/a>, al\u00e9m de um aumento expressivo em ganhos com os rendimentos dos fundos da sua carteira.<\/p>\n<p>Isso trouxe um resultado recorde de R$ 2.046.156. Mas a gestora optou por distribuir apenas R$ 0,65 por cota e manter a reserva, o que traz maior previsibilidade no patamar de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do fundo.<\/p>\n<p>O fundo realizou movimenta\u00e7\u00f5es em sua carteira, com a venda de cotas do fundo <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/recr11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\">RECR11<\/a>, fazendo arbitragem na 12\u00aa emiss\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Ou seja, com essa opera\u00e7\u00e3o, o fundo vendeu suas cotas por um valor mais alto a mercado, comprando cotas pela emiss\u00e3o com valor mais barato, obtendo lucro.<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/lp.suno.com.br\/planilha-da-vida-financeira\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-element=\"shortcode-suno-banner\" title=\"Banner SUNO, clique e saiba mais\">\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 500px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/04\/400x300-Planilha-vida-financeira-true.png\">\n\t\t\t\t<img class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa newsContent__article__imgCapa--banner\"\n\t\t\t\t\tsrc=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/04\/1420x240-Planilha-vida-financeira-true.png\"\n\t\t\t\t\tdata-promo-id=\"106682\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\twidth='1420' height='240'\t\t\t\t\talt=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/04\/1420x240-Planilha-vida-financeira-true.png\"\n\t\t\t\t>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n<p>No lado comprador, o fundo investiu em <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/morc11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\">MORC11<\/a>, <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/btlg11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\">BTLG11<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/irim11\/\">IRIM11<\/a>. O primeiro fundo recebeu investimentos para outro tipo de opera\u00e7\u00e3o de arbitragem.<\/p>\n<p>A Asset tamb\u00e9m recebeu parte das taxas de distribui\u00e7\u00f5es das ofertas que o fundo participou.
