Contudo, os pap\u00e9is da <strong>BRF<\/strong> n\u00e3o apresentam a mesma rea\u00e7\u00e3o. Segundo as companhias, \u00e9 avaliada uma fus\u00e3o com exclusividade por 90 dias, podendo ser renovada por mais 30.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/brf-marfrig-fusao-gigantes\/\">Saiba Mais: BRF e Marfrig, gigantes dos alimentos, anunciam negocia\u00e7\u00e3o de fus\u00e3o<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sendo assim, pelo plano das empresas, a <strong>BRF<\/strong> ficaria com 85% do capital da nova empresa. Enquanto isso, a <strong>Marfrig<\/strong> seria detentora dos outros 15%. Estima-se que R$ 80 bilh\u00f5es seja a <strong>receita<\/strong> da companhia. Por sua vez, o <strong>Ebtida ajustado<\/strong> \u00e9 projetado em R$ 7 bilh\u00f5es.\u00a0Entretanto, a d\u00edvida ser\u00e1 de R$ 25 bilh\u00f5es e o <strong>valor de mercado<\/strong>\u00a0pode alcan\u00e7ar os R$ 29 bilh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<h2>4\u00aa maior do setor<\/h2>\n<p>Caso o neg\u00f3cio seja consolidado, a empresa se tornaria a<strong> 4\u00aa maior\u00a0<\/strong>de <strong>prote\u00edna animal<\/strong> do mundo. Desse modo, a companhia oriunda da fus\u00e3o ficaria atr\u00e1s apenas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>da brasileira <strong>JBS;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>da norte-americana <strong>Tyson Foods;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>da chinesa\u00a0<strong>Smithfield.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A <strong>BRF\u00a0<\/strong>afirmou esperar &#8220;que a combina\u00e7\u00e3o de neg\u00f3cios entre a companhia e <strong>Marfrig<\/strong> coloque a nova empresa na <strong>lideran\u00e7a<\/strong> nos mercados em que atuar\u00e1&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/jbs-queda-acoes-cpi-mpf-cvm\/\">Saiba Mais: JBS cai com CPI do BNDES e Joesley sendo investigado pela CVM e pelo MPF<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o di\u00e1logo entre as empresas \u00e9 preliminar.
