De acordo com o presidente do Conselho Europeu, Charles Michel, a decis\u00e3o deve ter efeito imediato sobre dois ter\u00e7os das importa\u00e7\u00f5es do combust\u00edvel pelo bloco e, segundo a presidente da Comiss\u00e3o Europeia, Ursula von der Leyen, deve reduzir as importa\u00e7\u00f5es do petr\u00f3leo russo em 90% at\u00e9 o fim deste ano. A consultoria ressalta que a volatilidade no mercado de petr\u00f3leo diante do atual contexto, mas afirma esperar pre\u00e7os em n\u00edveis elevados em meio \u00e0 temporada de viagens de carro nos Estados Unidos e um mercado ainda mais apertado na UE.<\/p>\n<p>O embargo ao <strong>petr\u00f3leo<\/strong> da R\u00fassia deve reduzir as importa\u00e7\u00f5es pelo bloco entre 1 e 1,5 milh\u00e3o de barris por dia, que devem ser direcionados \u00e0 China ou \u00cdndia com descontos, afirma a Eurasia.
