Dessa forma, essa seria a melhor op\u00e7\u00e3o aos donos da <strong>Netshoes,<\/strong> do ponto de vista da <strong>Centauro.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/magazine-luiza-compra-netshoes\/\">Saiba Mais: Magazine Luiza faz proposta de compra da Netshoes por US$ 62 milh\u00f5es<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Isso porque a empresa afirma ter\u00a0<strong>\u201cfinanciamento<\/strong> aprovado por <strong>institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras<\/strong> de primeira linha e em condi\u00e7\u00f5es razo\u00e1veis e montante suficiente para subsidiar potencial aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o da totalidade das a\u00e7\u00f5es da <strong>Netshoes\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Oferta do Magazine<\/h2>\n<p>O <strong>Magazine Luiza<\/strong> fechou, no dia 29 de abril, um acordo para comprar a <strong>Netshoes.\u00a0<\/strong>Assim, a proposta da <strong>varejista<\/strong> foi de US$ 62 milh\u00f5es, ou US$ 2 por a\u00e7\u00e3o. Contudo, a opera\u00e7\u00e3o precisa ser aprovada pela assembleia da <strong>Netshoes.<\/strong> Para que isso ocorra, pelo menos 66% dos acionistas precisam ser favor\u00e1veis \u00e0 venda.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/ipo-da-centauro-rende-r-7722-milhoes\/\">Saiba Mais: IPO da Centauro rende R$ 772,2 milh\u00f5es<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A reuni\u00e3o da <strong>assembleia<\/strong> ocorrer\u00e1 no dia 30 de maio. Assim, a proposta da <strong>Centauro<\/strong> veio perto do fim do prazo. Entretanto, a rede de lojas entrou na disputa ap\u00f3s achar um mecanismo que obriga os acionistas a analisarem todas as propostas at\u00e9 a data da reuni\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>At\u00e9 a oferta da <strong>Centauro,<\/strong> a recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o do conselho de administra\u00e7\u00e3o da Netshoes era para que os acionistas aceitassem a proposta do <strong>Magazine Luiza<\/strong> por unanimidade.
