Para fins de desenvolvimento das atividades, ambas as empresas v\u00e3o contribuir com as respectivas expertises, al\u00e9m de seguir com as seguintes obriga\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Totvs deve contribuir com ativos da sua dimens\u00e3o de neg\u00f3cios Techfin, incluindo a totalidade das a\u00e7\u00f5es do <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/capital-social\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"2\">capital social<\/a> votante da Supplier;<\/li>\n<li>O Ita\u00fa ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel por disponibilizar <strong>funding<\/strong> para as opera\u00e7\u00f5es da joint venture, pelo prazo e nos volumes necess\u00e1rios, assim como;<\/li>\n<li>A expertise financeira, contribuindo com o desenvolvimento de produtos financeiros da joint venture;
