Ser\u00e3o contemplados os cotistas posicionados no fundo no fim da sess\u00e3o de 31\/03\/2022. Desde sexta-feira (1), o fundo passou a ser negociado sem direito ao benef\u00edcio.<\/p>\n<p>Os <strong>rendimentos<\/strong> a serem distribu\u00eddos dizem respeito ao lucro obtido pelo fundo em mar\u00e7o, e s\u00e3o 2,2% maiores que o registrado no m\u00eas anterior.<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"\" target=\"_blank\" data-element=\"shortcode-suno-banner\" title=\"Banner SUNO, clique e saiba mais\">\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 500px)\" srcset=\"\">\n\t\t\t\t<img class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa newsContent__article__imgCapa--banner\"\n\t\t\t\t\tsrc=\"\"\n\t\t\t\t\tdata-promo-id=\"77014\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\talt=\"\"\n\t\t\t\t>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Em mar\u00e7o, os <strong>dividendos do BBRC11<\/strong> somaram R$ 0,92 por cota. Nesta compara\u00e7\u00e3o, o dividend yield deste fundo imobili\u00e1rio passou de 0,95% para 0,94%. J\u00e1 o dividend yield do fundo em 12 meses \u00e9 de 12,63%.<\/p>\n<p>Este <strong>fundo imobili\u00e1rio<\/strong> \u00e9 um FII de Fundo de Tijolo, que aloca seus recursos em Ag\u00eancias de Bancos. Este indicador \u00e9 muito usado para os investidores que querem saber o valor real das cotas de um FII.
