acionistas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Em resposta, a BrMalls declarou que a proposta n\u00e3o-solicitada havia sido rejeitada de forma un\u00e2nime pelo conselho de administra\u00e7\u00e3o por entender que \u201csubavalia, consideravelmente, o valor econ\u00f4mico justo da BrMalls e do seu portfolio de ativos\u201d.<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a feita pela Aliansce, foi considerada uma \u201cfus\u00e3o de iguais\u201d, uma vez que os acionistas de cada grupo teriam uma participa\u00e7\u00e3o de 50% no conglomerado formado.<\/p>\n<p>Os acionistas da <strong>BrMalls<\/strong> tamb\u00e9m receberiam R$ 1,35 bilh\u00e3o em dinheiro para cobrir parte da diferen\u00e7a de\u00a0<a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/valor-de-mercado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">valor de mercado<\/a>\u00a0entre ambas, de R$ 7,8 bilh\u00f5es
