(divulga\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/figcaption>\n\t\t<\/figure>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<p>A citada instru\u00e7\u00e3o da CVM trata da atividade de consultoria de valores mobili\u00e1rios. Atualmente, h\u00e1 apenas reconhecimento de consultores de valores mobili\u00e1rios, de pessoas naturais ou jur\u00eddicas, domiciliadas no Brasil.<\/p>\n<p>Deste movo, a audi\u00eancia decidir\u00e1 se aqueles n\u00e3o domiciliados no Brasil tamb\u00e9m estar\u00e3o aptos para atuarem como consultores de investimentos. O prazo para sugest\u00f5es termina em 6 de junho.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAssim como a Instru\u00e7\u00e3o CVM 521, entendemos que os consultores podem atuar no Brasil mesmo sendo domiciliados fora do pa\u00eds. Desde que sigam determinadas exig\u00eancias\u201d, afirmou o superintendente de Desenvolvimento de Mercado, Antonio Berwanger, \u00e0 &#8220;Arena do Pavini&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>A Instru\u00e7\u00e3o CVM 521\u00a0trata das ag\u00eancias classificadoras de rating.<\/p>\n<h2>Altera\u00e7\u00f5es sugeridas pela CVM<\/h2>\n<p>Dentre as exig\u00eancias para altera\u00e7\u00e3o da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o 592 est\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>que esses consultores estejam registrados, e sejam submetidos \u00e0 supervis\u00e3o por autoridade competente em seu pa\u00eds de origem;<\/li>\n<li>que esses consultores sejam regulados por normas similares \u00e0s disposi\u00e7\u00f5es da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o 592;<\/li>\n<li>e que constituam representante legal no Brasil. Tal representante poder\u00e1 receber, em nome do consultor de valores mobili\u00e1rios, quaisquer cita\u00e7\u00f5es, intima\u00e7\u00f5es ou notifica\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para verificar o grau de ader\u00eancia, das normas do pa\u00eds de origem, aos princ\u00edpios previstos pela CVM, foi sugerida a exig\u00eancia de que o consultor tenha sede no pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Caso seja aprovada a permiss\u00e3o para estrangeirar atuarem na consulta de valores mobili\u00e1rios, uma <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/suporte-e-resistencia\/\">barreira de entrada<\/a> no setor ser\u00e1 eliminada no Brasil.
