Ser\u00e3o contemplados os cotistas posicionados no fundo no fim da sess\u00e3o de 31 de janeiro. Desde ter\u00e7a-feira (1), o fundo passou a ser negociado sem direito ao benef\u00edcio.<\/p>\n<p>A distribui\u00e7\u00e3o anunciada hoje \u00e9 referente ao m\u00eas de janeiro e \u00e9 id\u00eantica em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos \u00faltimos <strong>rendimentos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"\" target=\"_blank\" data-element=\"shortcode-suno-banner\" title=\"Banner SUNO, clique e saiba mais\">\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 500px)\" srcset=\"\">\n\t\t\t\t<img class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa newsContent__article__imgCapa--banner\"\n\t\t\t\t\tsrc=\"\"\n\t\t\t\t\tdata-promo-id=\"77014\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\talt=\"\"\n\t\t\t\t>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Com a varia\u00e7\u00e3o da cota, o dividend yield deste fundo imobili\u00e1rio passou de 0,73% para 0,76%. J\u00e1 o dividend yield do fundo em 12 meses \u00e9 de 9,11%.<\/p>\n<p>O fundo \u00e9 um FII de Fundo de Papel e foca seus investimentos em outros FII. Por sua vez, o valor do <strong>patrim\u00f4nio l\u00edquido<\/strong> do FII soma R$ 1.994.343.584.<\/p>\n<p>O patrim\u00f4nio l\u00edquido por cota \u00e9 de R$ 86,76. Este indicador \u00e9 muito usado para os investidores que querem saber o valor real das cotas de um FII. Ao dividir o pre\u00e7o da cota pelo pre\u00e7o do <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/valor-patrimonial\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">valor patrimonial<\/a> (P\/VP), \u00e9 poss\u00edvel saber se o ativo est\u00e1 cotado acima ou abaixo do seu valor patrimonial. A depender do contexto, isso pode ser uma oportunidade para o investidor. Em momentos de crises, por exemplo, muitos FIIs s\u00e3o negociados abaixo do valor patrimonial devido \u00e0 avers\u00e3o dos investidores ao risco.
