A Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (CVM<\/strong>) alertou nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (25) sobre duas empresas estrangeiras que tentam captar recursos de investidores brasileiros para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es em valores mobili\u00e1rios por meio de plataformas online de negocia\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\t

Segundo a Superintend\u00eancia de Rela\u00e7\u00f5es com o Mercado e Intermedi\u00e1rios (SMI) da CVM, uma dessas paginas online \u00e9 a www.icmarkets.com<\/strong>, aparentemente mantida pelas empresas Raw Trading LTD, International Capital Markets Pty, IC Markets (EU) Ltd. e IC Markets Ltd. Nenhuma tem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da CVM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A SMI tamb\u00e9m alertou sobre a p\u00e1gina www.orotrader.com<\/strong>, que seria mantida pelas empresas KOI Global LLC, Ventura Group e Orotrader. A p\u00e1gina oferece negocia\u00e7\u00e3o com bitcoins. As empresas tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o t\u00eam autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da CVM para captar recursos de investidores brasileiros.<\/p>\n\t

\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n

Segundo a CVM, a autarquia determinou a imediata suspens\u00e3o<\/strong> de veicula\u00e7\u00e3o de qualquer oferta p\u00fablica de servi\u00e7os de intermedia\u00e7\u00e3o de valores mobili\u00e1rios, de forma direta ou indireta, pelas empresas. Se n\u00e3o adotarem a determina\u00e7\u00e3o da CVM, os envolvidos podem ser multados em R$ 1 mil por dia.<\/p>\n

CVM tem menor or\u00e7amento em 13 anos e sofre risco de paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n

Com um corte de R$ 14 milh\u00f5es em despesas discricion\u00e1rias, a Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios chega ao seu menor valor or\u00e7ament\u00e1rio<\/strong> dos \u00faltimos 13 anos. Com os cortes, a verba para despesas em 2022 caiu mais da metade e ficaram em R$ 12,7 milh\u00f5es, segundo levantamento com os dados do Siga Brasil, sistema de dados do Senado, feito pelo jornal O Estado de S.Paulo.<\/p>\n

Em 2018, por exemplo, o\u00a0gasto discricion\u00e1rio<\/strong>\u00a0da CVM era de R$ 27 milh\u00f5es. Em 2019, R$ 25 milh\u00f5es. Apesar disso, foram R$ 20 milh\u00f5es em 2020, j\u00e1 figurando como o valor mais baixo dos \u00faltimos anos, mas em 2021 a verba cresceu e alcan\u00e7ou R$ 26 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\t

Os valores discricion\u00e1rios s\u00e3o os destinados a custear a estrutura, sendo que os\u00a0sal\u00e1rios<\/strong>\u00a0s\u00e3o pagos com outro or\u00e7amento.<\/p>\n

Segundo fontes ouvidas \u2013 que incluem ex-diretores e ex-presidentes do\u00a0\u00f3rg\u00e3o<\/strong>\u00a0regulador<\/strong>\u00a0de\u00a0mercado<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 h\u00e1 risco de paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o por conta do\u00a0or\u00e7amento<\/a>\u00a0ainda menor.<\/p>\n

Com a cifra de R$ 12,7 milh\u00f5es sendo aprovada, o \u00f3rg\u00e3o destaca, em nota, que \u201c\u00e9 de se esperar que os trabalhos da autarquia sejam impactados de forma relevante\u201d no ano de 2022.<\/p>\n\t

Dentro dos segmentos, o principal corte ficou com a \u00e1rea de supervis\u00e3o do mercado de valores mobili\u00e1rios<\/strong>. Nessa linha da planilha, foram R$ 5,1 milh\u00f5es a menos.<\/p>\n\t
