At\u00e9 mesmo pedidos da pol\u00edcia alem\u00e3 para ajudar no rastreamento de fraudadores e terroristas teria sido negado.<\/p>\n<p>A empresa tamb\u00e9m teria ignorado recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es de seu <strong>compliance<\/strong> para evitar clientes em pa\u00edses com risco de <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/lavagem-de-dinheiro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"2\">lavagem de dinheiro<\/a>. Tr\u00eas ex-funcion\u00e1rios disseram \u00e0 Reuters que teriam comunicado o CEO da companhia, <strong>Changpeng Zhao<\/strong> (ou CZ), que estavam preocupados com as verifica\u00e7\u00f5es de \u2018conhe\u00e7a seu cliente\u2019 (<strong>KYC<\/strong>, na sigla em ingl\u00eas de know your customer) da corretora, mas ele teria ignorado o alerta.<\/p>\n<p>A reportagem concluiu que o padr\u00e3o de comportamento da Binance permitiu que ela mantivesse afilia\u00e7\u00e3o jurisdicional amb\u00edgua e uma estrutura corporativa opaca. A Binance n\u00e3o comentou as outras perguntas da reportagem da ag\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>O CEO tamb\u00e9m comentou sobre a reportagem em seu perfil no Twitter:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">FUD.
